Nice for the money
Nice an powerful for the application I am using it for. In my case I am using it as a polisher/waxer. However I have to give it a star off because the design causes quite a bit of hand fatigue. If not for the design choices they made this would be an easy 5 stars when used as a polisher/waxer.

Nice little polisher
Arrived on time and packed neatlyUsed this to polish a heavily oxidized car with Meguiars Ultimate compound and Ultimate Polisher. Did a decent job after I figured out that I should not polish on the foam pad.Wrapped the bonnet and worked on car.Circular motion didn’t produce good results.Lengthy strokes produced good results.Can be improvedThe manual can be better telling not to apply compounds on foam.Foam gets all softened up and ready to tear up. (Not sure if I can get spares and can change it)I used the bonnets provided and they are not good quality and compounding and polishing are drying up even with a 1×1 work area and had to work manually to clean up.All in all a good starter pack.RecommendationsBuy extra bonnets when you buy thisIf car is heavily oxidized get wool bonnets tooBuy 2 of them so you don’t need to use the same bonnet for both Compounding and polishing.Meguiars Ultra compound and Polish worked better with this than Turtle wax.I finished off with Meguiars gold caranauba wax and applied it manually with applicator.

Too heavy cord to short.
I only had to lift the box it came in to know the weight was going to be a problem. The cord is also very short so be prepared to drag a extension cord everywhere your needing to use it. There is no handle so if your female or have any arthritis in your hands It will be a issue to control it with the weight that it is.

I did NOT use this as intended (kinda)
After 15 years and add in a surly teenager and my stainless steel appliances were NOT very shiny. So I started my road to hell with purchasing metal polish and started with the dishwasher BY HAND!! It took me hours. I had hours of Karate Kid flashbacks, muttering to myself “wax on wax off”. I perused ye ole Amazon for a much needed faster way. This did it. Yesterday my dishwasher took hours and hours and not to mention the carpal tunnel I am now suffering from. It literally took me 30 minutes to do my refrigerator. So for the money well worth it. Will it work on a car?? No freaking idea, but if you want your stainless appliances cleaned up again. Trust me spend the money. Save your sanity.

For home use …. this unit has everything you need in a waxer / polisher
I own a 2006 Honda Pilot…. a 2011 Nissan Murano and a 2017 Subaru Crosstrek …. I waxed all of them this weekend and I was very (very) impressed with the job this 6″ WEN waxer / polisher did on these cars. My first vehicle was a 1971 Jeep CJ5 ( 5 speed man./ v6 225 olds engine / Warn PTO – was a sherman tank ) …. brought it home in the summer of 1977….. hand washed it & hand waxed it 4 times that day in the front yard and slept in it for 3 nights afterwards. Enough said ….. get the hint, you wont be disappointed in this unit !

Pretty good and worth considering
I am not an experienced contractor or even proficient at DIY projects, but I always give it a good attempt. I had a wood railing installed – 15 feet – and I wanted to retain its natural wood beauty, so I waxed it several times VS using varnish. Waxing was easy but I wanted a higher gloss, thus the purchase of this product. It worked reasonably well for someone inexperienced, but when I tried to add pressure to the railing it tended to go into vibration mode instead of just working harder at spinning. Perhaps that is the way it’s supposed to work, and I just need more experience at working with this tool. With that said, I am satisfied with the improved gloss and will use this tool again the next time I re-wax the railing. There could have been better instructions – they are almost non-existent – and maybe added instructions would have forwarned me that too much pressure will actually inhibit the spinning.

This is my short review of this product, this polisher is quiet large, Not recommended if your hands are small just like mine, its not comfortable when using this because of the large housing, it give me strain in my hands and wrist and I did not started my project yet, its not ergonomic and one thing is too much vibration I’m not sure if this is normal to this tool or its needs adjustment. I think a polisher with something to grip on is more likely comfortable than this tool, maybe a with large hands can fully grip this tool but its not working for me, not recommend for small hands, it would be great if the manufacturer can make a smaller version of this tool, the only thing I like is the price.

Fabulous tool for furniture too!
Easy to use and works very well adding a a fabulous patina to my solid oak dining table. I am a petite 87 yr old senior and this tool has saved me a great deal of hand buffing work! My table looks fabulous using a very thin layer of solid wax, Minwax,Paste Finishing Wax, and after 15 minutes buffing it with this marvelous tool! Thank you Wen!

Cannot beat the value
You absolutely cannot beat the value of this polisher. I wanted a smaller buffer to get in tighter places that I couldn’t with my larger one and I am glad I decided on this one. Easy to use and feels good in the hand. It has plenty of power and I couldn’t be happier, especially at this price point.

I disliked the fact that it doesn’t work well with liquid polishes. Pads do not absorb well, and it is a little difficult to use for an older person. Bigger than expected
It works. I polished one of our cars with it after receiving. But it’s much bigger than I thought it was going to be. Pictures make it seem about 2/3 of the size it actually is. If it were smaller it’d be easier to use and lighter. I wanted something small to polish the cars with that would be easier to do detail work around trim you don’t want wax on. I have a big polishing wheel I hate using. Although this is bigger than I wanted it works well enough.

Dispute some negative reviews, purchased it, & very pleased. Used to clean my black 2000 f-250 of stains/road grime. Both for application & buffing removal. Used maguier’s clear coat rubbing compound, then. Nu finish polish, looks like a black mirror now. And I did it in 90 degree heat.

Good quality but two fatal flaws
This orbital works well for the money to replace having to do manual labor by hand but it suffers from two fatal flaws:1) The RPM speed is fixed and relatively slow2) The buffing pad is fixed and you can only replace the bonnets, not the actual foam pad itselfIf these issues were fixed, I would give it 5 stars.

Great little machine for a beginner
I’m new to using an orbital waxed and this was great to learn with. We already had one but it was huge and I was scared of it lol. This one is much smaller and has a groove that fits to your hand well. Only one setting but does the job and comes with two pads that stretch on to the machine. Have used it for polishing and waxing and it works great and I got it for less than $20. You can wax your car in half the time using this little machine than by hand, and you end up needing to use less wax too. I also feel like it gives a better result too.

I’ve used orbital waxers for over 30 years, own an old 10″ Waxmaster, and a more recent 6″ Black Decker, and think that this may become my go-to wax/glaze applicator (wax/glaze removal by hand), particularly for smaller cars and/or smaller areas. At this price (!), get one.

It works good
Prolly not quite as effective as my 10” orbital buffer but way easier handle and the pads a cheaper. I only used this as a final buff after hand polishing and spent a lot time going over vehicle. I did not experience the hand fatigue other have noted. For the size and price, it’s dang handy to have around in my opinion.
